Finally, expertise in electric steering racks built on experience, precision and respect for the customer. With Mme Crémaillère, Audrey returns to the market with a clear mission: to offer a serious, human and specialized service in a field where quality and know-how make all the difference.
Since 1982, this expertise has been part of a deeply rooted family story. A few years later, Audrey, born in 1984, literally grew up in this world. From a young age, she was at the heart of the family business — already helping around her parents at only 11 years old. Long before her professional training, she developed a hands-on understanding of the trade, customer service and the realities of the field.
Also driven by a genuine interest in the automotive world, Audrey completed professional training in auto body repair, further strengthening her technical understanding of the industry.

In 2011, she took over the family business and continued its growth with seriousness, commitment and vision. As early as 2013–2014, she actively contributed to the development of the electric steering rack segment, already recognizing the growing importance of this technology in the industry.
After leading the company for nearly 10 years, Audrey sold it in 2020 to devote more time to her family.
Even after the sale, she remained involved in operations, particularly in accounting, management and expertise related to electric steering racks.
In 2025, she chose to return with Madame Crémaillère Inc., with a clear desire to bring back to the forefront what has always guided her work: expertise, quality service and respect for the customer. Her return comes at a time when the market is undergoing major transformation, with electric steering racks playing an increasingly important role and serious, specialized know-how becoming more essential than ever.
